Apparently this MIGHT be where things are at.

Apparently this MIGHT be where things are at.
It's possible that talks with Freeport stalled (only a guess) when instead on pushing ahead with a CMR circuit Freeport decided to instead challenge the IP SCY claims to possess  as it relates to the patents pending SCY has. So the outcome is this: If those patents are denied Freeport thinks it can hire it's own people to develop the waste streams. If those patents are granted (likely) then they will work with SCY and we are a go on the CMR business. We're in a waiting game for a patent office clerk to decide on those patents. Ridiculous really. Shame on the worlds greatest copper producer as well. They could build a CMR circuit with SCY for the cost of less than a years fines they incur from the environmental protection agencies them for waste related issues.

How does it come to the point the largest copper producer fight with you over IP? So even if Freeport proceeds if SCY does not get those patents SCY will still sue them in all likelihood.

So here’s a list of environmental fines levied over the past 15 years or so and look look extraction companies rank high on the list. Why doesn’t little ol' SCY proclaim loudly about the benefits of partnering with SCY in the CMR area to reduce environmental impacts and ESG concerns. WHY GP WHY don’t you do a damn thing to promote the benefits to the worlds extraction companies about partnering with SCY?

Unbelievable.
