What do you mean it's been beaten to death? All that's happened is Valens have responded to enquiries and stated there's no insider ownership of Verse, and that's it. No one has actually been able to find out anything about Verse.

Hey! A miracle!! LYF has a page called Team, with executive names and bio's, they have a phone number: 250-499-EDBL(3325). Before being bought by Valens their head office was listed as:

Mr. Jiwani was recently the Director of Sales for Choom Holdings, a cannabis retail company, was previously the Key Account Manager for BC Retail Chains & Grocery at Arterra Wines Canada (formerly Constellation Brands) and held the position of National Account Manager for Molson Coors Canada. He has experience in territory start-up/expansion and new account development and acquisitions as well as organizing and executing many international events such as the Molson Indy Vancouver, the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics.
