RE:RE:RE:RE:Under 2 buckswe have shareholders calling us and saying that spinning out jetlines will hurt the stock price because then GlobalX doersnt have the Jetlines assets. GlobalX cannot start and run a Canadian airline- we are a US airline. The way we MAXMIZE GlobalX shareholder value is exactly how we did it with the Jetlines assets- the manuals and the name- spun out into a separate company - and that separate compnay will be 100% owned by GlobalX (the compnay) and all of the individual GlobalX shareholders. The new Jetlines managment team and board will then raise money just like we did at GlobalX.
