THAT is what killed the price. Not bad news, but again, more time needed.
the Car-t deal will come out of the blue. Surprise everyone. It also will be a long timeline, but if promoted correctly, will boost price & credibility.
without pending, " news" the price is victim to trading, shorting etc.
