I order for avisa to get 40mil financing they had to go public ...be listed. So now that they used Fog.x as their shell they will be able to get lots of money. The other company in the article was a bust... avisa cancelled the agreement. Avisa is basically looking to go public , get the money and roll out covid breathalyzer tester
