RE:RE:James Telfser on BNN - Don't BUY rating

RE:RE:James Telfser on BNN - Don't BUY rating Ciao and everybodyelse, my personal feeling is you're asking a lot of a fund manager.
if I was arguing details  with Telfser - i would agree with flying high with robust valuation - disagree on the timing of acquisitions ( started prior to equity raises if i remember right ) ,can agree with really disappointed , hard contracts to deliver ( look what happened) - valuation reminds high.
Ciao as you say glass half empty - if they EXECUTE well - that really high valuation becomes dirt cheap.
If you think of Xebec as a cyclical stock  (which it isn't )- time to buy
Posted the comment to explain the drop in prices and th disfaavour for the sector.

RE:James Telfser on BNN - Don't BUY rating

Valuation remains wildly high? LOL.

He's taken the glass half empty approach.

With some second level thinking he would have walked through their issue, how it was addressed, how the sell off could be overdone and how current valuations (wildly high?) make it an opportunity over next few quarters for a recovery ...

It was flying high with a robust valuation, then issued equity and made acquisitions. They really disappointed. These aren't easy contracts to deliver on. The sector got really caught. XBC couldn't deliver. Results disappointed. Valuation remains wildly high. Wait a few quarters.

Unknown , whether he owns.
