REASON FOR CONSOLIDATION A CROCK OF CRAPP -IMO how can you reduce the shares from 193,957,191 down to 1,939,572 and expect any investment interest by shareholders or new investors ? CONSOLIDATION IMO IS A TOOL ( being polite ) THAT COMPANIES USE TO CAMOUFLAGE SHARE PRICE FAILURE AND MANAGEMENTS FAILURE.
One of the first things that the company will do is begin to issue more shares until the float is out of control once again. That 193 million shares is not that large for a penny stock company . The exchange should not accept this proposal but they will . You watch within weeks they will issue shares . A JOKE
