Red you must be Phillips first born son.... security regulations state that AGM must be held with first six months . So June 30 is the last day possible . Witowskis presentation will not save him from his incompetence . Bought deal that caps share price at $3 . Why did Tolekis rush to do suc( a poor financing? Four months and no explanation for funds ? Where are the insitutional investors ? Where is the analyst report from Canacorrd ? 20 million more shares at $1.70 forced exercise at $3.05 . Red sp is going nowhere above $3 .

Wiseman debacle ! Thyroid results for past two years preclinical study publically released on Feb 21 but nothing from management ? Tolekis announces Wiseman presentation at Thyroid conference which he was forced off .... nothing from management ....
Red if Tolekis goes ... you should follow your daddy to his next gig and take his side kick Ray Matthews wit( him. Dumb and dumber ).
Incompetent management . Tolekis does not respect shareholders . Once he uses or lies to them, he moves on . In fact he does not even respond back after saying so. Does not answer any questions . Hopes he will continue keep control over everything .
Tell me this Red. Tolekis is a one man show . Nobody even at the company knows what he's up to ! He is so secretive and dufficult to work with apparently . When is the next CFO coming Tolekis ?
The board should all be fired because they don't keep Tolekis in check , and that's the way Tolekis likes it . Who on the board approved that disastrous financing ? Why did Tolekis not look at other term sheets ? What is the guidanc3 and road map for the company ?
So many questions , so few answers . Circle that date Red ... most of the votes will be cast BEFORE Witowski presentation .
Time to change the board completely . Make some progress and real business decisions .
