To clarify it's the latest MD&A filled on SEDAR Mar 2021: MANAGEMENT’S DISCUSSION AND ANALYSIS FOR THE YEAR ENDED OCTOBER 31, 2020

My intention is not to bash NEXE, is to communicate my findings and opinions with fellow investors. One more thing, I am in it to make $$$ too :)
