Not really.  Aleafia already had already purchased the Niagara Facility and land in Port Perry for outdoor grow op before he even came on board.  Benic did not join until end of June 2018.  That would have been a real debacle if they made those large investments and revs did not grow like that.  Back then he was saying we would get to 98k KG by 2019.  That did not happen and as such other things get pushed back.  He is not a horrible CEO but I tak issue with the "The guy can EXECUTE" comment.  People that can execute hit their targets and also maybe come out with some of their own significant growth or partnership initiatives.

Aggreement to buy Niagara was signed in May 2018.
