RE:RE:10 MILLION DOLLAR PROBLEMIt’s unbelievable, that a shareholder is actually willing to give in to the Directors demand of 10M dollars. His rational is that its only “A drop in the bucket” when you have 1B dollars sitting idle in the bank. How soon some people forget the pain and suffering this BOD inflicted on the shareholders over the years. These directors are in their 60’s and 70’s and the 10M they are asking for is their golden parachute into retirement. And this amount is only the tip of the iceberg because it’s going to cost a lot more to get rid of them. Under our capitalistic system, leaders must be held accountable and responsible for sub-performance – not rewarded! We must not give in to this form of blackmail! In our best interests let’s vote them all out at the AGM and clean house. We will be better off in the long run. And I must reiterate, “Each and every vote counts and it could decide the future direction of the company”.
