New shareholder here...

New shareholder here...Just started following this a few days ago and invested this morning.  20,000sh holder now.  I've been involved in mining and oil field work most of my life and actually spent all of Roland's tenure and more at Sifto/Compass Minerals in Goderich mine.  He is very familiar at maximizing profits, efficiency etc. so his experience can only enhance what was already there.  Look forward to future developments...
