I glanced this over but didn't go off and research Shai Altman.  I would not surprise me in the slightest if top management of HEXO or Zenabis are using their old connections in other business / former employers to arrange dicussions on new business.  We also have the new director appointed at MOLSON COORS coming from Mars-Wrigley so that's another one.  As management expands to include more Sr. Members from related industries so does the possibility that the business will make deals with those who their management teams have a history with.
