XTR is does not matter what solutions we come up with. Rhoades has received counsel from those who offered to help on how to get this back on track, he also did not listen. The original deal mentioned would have been a great starting point, but as we learned Bakema had no intention of ever honoring that. I've been told that Global was threatening to take the technology away from Medical (yeah, legal quagmire) if that was the case, it would have happened as Global has been basically running Medical the past almost two years. The reason it didn't happen, Global is unfundable (now they both are). 


just because a deal is at hand does not make it a good or fair deal for Medical for the reasons already stated. Rhoades wanted to get a deal done good or bad.
