Would you like to be more specific? Are you referring to the acquisition of the Oregon retail chain? That was only announced weeks ago so no, it hasn't "fallen through". Very certain it will go through and 6-12 months would be a reasonable amount of time. 

Next time you ask a question please be more specific because you're about as relevant as a fart in the wind with this one
