Right on! Finally an objective viewpoint, speaking truth. Much too many Cheer Leaders on this board with the opinion that all concern's are mute and those posting concern's are worthy of attack, which they do en-mass. Why? I dunno, maybe to garner likes? Who knows. I like straight foreward, honest, opinion's that make us "think" rather than being a sheep in the herd as so many on this site are. Have you noticed the 10% grab today? So many on here are happy the stock showed life again today. Kinda reminds me of the moves this stock has made before by market makers over the past. Not unlike a yoyo. However the sheep grazing on this board seem blind to see the manipulation. Like I've said before, untill the financials come out everything is mere speculation. Where's the Beef? No comment required by Trolls or Cheer Leaders here. I've heard it all before . . . still I wait patiently for the financials while buying dips because I do believe in the long term direction will move up over time. If only the MM's could be shook loose. As so many refer to interviews being the equivilant as the word of God. I'll make this point, question, whatever. When a lease is signed, that is when the renovation's can begin. Not before. The cart doesn't come before the horse. So untill the lease's are signed, these foreward looking statements are merely speculation! No Beef.
