Its product offerings through its in-house brands, including wholesale flower, pre-rolls, and extracted products under the AMA and Level X brands for the Nevada market; and Canna Hemp, a national CBD brand of wellness products, which include tinctures, gummies, topicals and sports recovery products. The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:Important Day TodayThank you for your inquiry. I have the news release ready to submit pending regulatory approval which I expect either today or early tomorrow. The meeting was adjourned last week until today but with the voting period already closed, it was just a formality. I will announce this to the market, again once all approvals are received.
