RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For those good at math

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:For those good at mathThe most important "what if" is what if we don't....could we make it on our own? This sector is moving forward and if you are not well established, with the shelf space to turn your production into revenue and that revenue does not generate positive net margins that result in a healthy profit that can grow ROI you won't have investors. It is looking like we are there, as an industry now or close to it and if you don't have something special that a player like WEED needs and is willing to pay for you are done like dinner.

WEED is already stateside and is acquiring more assets like the Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits agreement announced today....they are in 44states now and NY may be one of them and if not they probably will be if required.

Schumer et al are one vote away from being in any position for anything, these clowns will collapse the US economy if they are not punted and soon.

You are right C02 there is plenty to get clear on now but I doubt there will be any chance of a NO vote and why would there be?....WEED is going global and may be the largest player in the sector by year's end. All the best in whatever you choose. JMHO...Opt

Canopy Growth Signs U.S. Distribution Agreement with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits for CBD Beverage Portfolio | Canopy Growth

The main item that scares me in this acquisition is the "What If's"...

what if the US doesn't legalize (legalization looks to be a ways away). This will prevent CGC from sending product south.

they currently have a 10% ownership in TER with the option to acquire more which is great but it will come at a huge cost

what if NY proceeds with current plan of grandfathering in existing medical suppliers only. Canopy is not one of those suppliers currently and therefore may not be able to have growing capabilities, wholesale and retail all operating there as a result

what if what schumer actually says is true and their legislation is meant to keep alcohol and tobacco out and therefore constellation (STZ which is the main player behind canopy) is squeezed out which reduces funding.

so much to consider with this acquisition. Some good, some bad, some potentially back breaking. Hopefully there is some good movement in Congress soon which allows clarity for the direction we can move in

just some food for thought
