RE:GGreen; It is all about Trust, History, Competence, and

I got that sense after tracking through the various co. Filings over the past few years where there were numerous (large ticket) financing rounds topped off with some debt conversions. Dilution of legacy SH aside I did like to see that some loans / lines were converted (granted at cheap prices) to common shares. I would have been more concerned the was a large amount of debt still o/s to Pala because that would allow for further "opportunities" to grind down the common shareholders or even worse leave them holding the bag if delays arose and caused solvency issues. At least we all hold C/S so from that perspective were aligned going forward.

I'd like to see a re-rating of the stock to even 50% of where it should be and hopefully more so there reverse split (share consolidation) doesn't cause collateral damage.
