It's only publicly available by request at the Laval courthouse. Montral paper had published a story last weekend about it including comments from Pierre. I'm not sure what I can post here about the lawsuit. I know a lot but don't dare jeopardize our matter other than to say we got our thumb on these guys and they are taking our claims very seriously, and so they should. I will tell you it is a huge document with over 200 paragraphs, over 650 plaintiffs, and many defendants. This 700 million dollar US lawsuit very clearly shows the underhanded deception and thieft of Prometic. The legal community sees this lawsuit as a masterpiece! It will be very difficult for any judge to deny the facts and evidence presented. We must hold predators like this accountable and make and example of them to further deter such behavior on our markets. Further news will continue to raise awareness on Bay and Wall St.
We are a great group of fighters that seek justice and want to help all investors from this type of underhanded unethical attack. The system is broken if Thomvest can target and screw investors like this, nobody would be safe from them.
