RE:RE:RE:Institutional money must come in before it goes higher This can not happen. People that are locked in an institution do not have control over their assets. I understand why you would think that they could drive the price up, that makes complete sense to me as well. Crazy people do crazy things like buying a pump and dump, or eating at Arby's.
