Problems are being addressed

Problems are being addressed   Execution has always been a concern, and a priority. Xebec is experiencing growing pains, an inconvenience many other companies with capable management would be envious of.
Everybody and his brother knows that this company has no COO. Kurt is at the helm of a ship without a Chief engineer or a navigator.
In Europe, Marinus Van Driel has everything covered. He's obviously quite brilliant, not to mention motivated. He started focussing on hydrogen after leaving Plug more than 19 years ago, and he has 4,443,735 shares.
At head office, Kurt is wearing too many hats.
Kurt has stated that we can expect the appointment of a new COO by June. When that announcement comes, the market will obviously react. The extent of the reaction will depend on who it is.
I can't imagine the reaction will be negative. The candidates will all have been well-vetted for their experience and skill-set.
Whoever turns out to be the winning candidate, I can't imagine the market reaction will be to the downside. Surely having a COO is better than having none at all, which is where we stand right now, and which is currently being priced into the stock. The appointment of the new COO will be a big plus. One that we can look forward to.
At least the optimists here can anyway.
