Is it possible for some reason that baosteel used their shares of Noront to buy CC shares as per KWG previous release?  

The Company also announces that it is negotiating terms for the acquisition of previously issued shares of Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront") in exchange for Redeemable Preferred shares of Canada Chrome Corporation ("CCC") bearing a 10% cumulative annual dividend payable in Units.

KWG did meet with FSDI and Baosteel in China in 2016 as was reported in

Who else would trade shares of Noront for CC to prompt a NR from KWG?  If so it would seem that they would have to give up their board position?
