RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Debenture Resolution

My thought that Baylon Management need to come clean. Why do we need to give special treatement to the Debenture holders. Does the company need cash immediately? What is the conversion price? It seems to me that the Debenture holders are getting sweet deal and the expense of small share holders. I will vote no.

I also think the CEO and the Board need to be replaced.
