RE:RE:PEA DelayYes. I agree the Glencore agreement may be the issue. Hopefully they are able to come to an actual agreement. Evidently they're not the easiest to negotiate with. Would be dissapointing, but not the end of the world if that didn't work for an initial proof of concept.
