RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nutrien's new CEOWhilst it is a question that you have the right to ask Cotton, I do not agree with you regarding Stan's intentions. Shareholder activism if used correctly can be very powerful and I have seen no evidence to suggest Stan is not being hugely helpful. I do agree with you that Verde is starting to stand on its own two feet, and personally speaking I thing the CEO is doing a good job, and where he has made mistakes he has learned from them. However us minority shareholders are at some risk if CV runs the company as a one man show, and his huge pay packet is starting to make it feel this way. Whilst CV is the largest individual shareholder by some margin, the combined shareholding of this Group might be enough to vote down any further excesses in relation to his future pay. I see this as a sensible position for shareholders to manoeuvre into in a coordinated fashion. If however Stan, or anyone else, had some agenda that didn't involve the best interests of shareholders then said group would likely fracture. However I do not see Stan's interests as being anything other than aligned with shareholders and a growing company and share price. Let's pull together.
