You know flat or declining recurring revenue was my biggest concern and big red flag, so I enquired & good that IR came back promptly with explanation. 


I think insiders are in blackout period and buyback will expire by May 12, 2021 without company buying a single share. Share price went below 10c & company didn't buy a single share. Next time even if they renew buyback offer, no one going to trust them.
