It is a Yes Vote for Both Sides

It is a Yes Vote for Both SidesThis is a very good deal for both sides, as Klein says picking up 'CA's top premium quality bud producer' and you are winning, helL the 7acres facility is worth almost the full amount paid on it's own..as much as I wanted and waited, i am afraid there was just not enough runway left for us to get off the ground and stay aloft, but we will get more facts on that in the quarterly, out in the next few weeks.

WEED has had more than their share of problems, so they punted Linton and between now and then Constellation has taken the helm, not just to restucture but the industry is going global and WEED is a global leader, as such cannot be operating anywhere south of their best, of which is even much better in the last short period of time. WEED needs a world class quality menu and FIRE will deliver a solid start to that end with plenty in the pipeline to add with operations at full production. Most importantly, FIRE will be able to focus on the grow and the quality of what is grown on a full time basis...like today WEED lines up a major US distribution network in Southern Glaser's and FIRE needs to get that full production ready to shelve.

The biggest issue I see for both sides is more 7acres facilities are going to be required, while the collective resources are going to be needing some large quantities of primo bud on a regular basis going forward to feed this new entity. There is solid management now from both but the task is huge, just starting with both sides of the 49th is going to be good practice for the future.

I think both found quality partners  to move forward with great success for their collective SHs, the only way to lose here is to sell or vote no. JMHO...Opt
