RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bernard's presentation at 2:45 EST, todayAny buyout should be at a substantial premium to the SP at the time of the transaction otherwise HPQ shareholders will have lost a significant amount of future value had the buyout not occurred and HPQ continued to build value as an independent entity. Maybe the purchaser would give us shares of itself rather than cash in an attempt to protect our future value to some extent. Its too early to count our chickens but these are things to think about.

They will be addressing sales in 2022, hopefully in Q1 - 300 million Tonnes of addressable markets with the QRR.
I wonder if they spin that off in the future and level up the Nano Reactor which has 200 million kgs of addressable markets by 2030.
I doubt they would spin off the QRR but business structure appears to be setup that way.
As Bernard stated several times...Purevap Nano will be bought out long before we see substantial sales and I fully agree :)
