RE:RE:Short reportDo you have level 2 Bigtuna? Even if you don't, it is very visible that there are 33M+ bid at .015, with an ever-increasing ask of 15M+ at .02. Trading approx 1.3M shares a day + ats, with a 35-65% split between .015 and .02, you may have another couple of weeks awaiting your fill. 
With a billion shares outstanding, I highly doubt a $3k short position on a 2-cent stock is holding things up, but, of course, there are others out there with differing opinions. 
Gl with your buy, and then hope for some green.
