Today is Earth Day. 

I  find it odd the Biden made no mention of a Carbon Tax.  Canada has a Carbon Tax.  Biden can reduce GHG by 52% without a Carbon Tax.  Trudeau can reduce  GHG by 40%  and been working on the issue for 6 years longer.   I  guess a Carbon Tax  in not  an efficient method to reduce GHG  by  the looks of it?  Odd.

Could  Altagas partner with BEP/NEP or ENB and  construct a green power plant to produce electrical power for its consumers  and then with the excess power  produce H2 to inject into the gas distribution system ?   Like the pilot project ENB and BEP is doing in Quebec?   Here is the link.
