I have to side with you on that one. He should make no more than 160k a year and that is generous. Until your company makes a 40 million per quarter in revenue BECAUSE OF YOUR SMART DECISIONS you don't deserve that money. If it happens i'll be glad to pay you 5 million a year, but it better be because of your actions that it got there.
