RE:RE:RE:distributor I would say that is an assumption based on the fact that KNR said that they met the milestones for the $800k funding. Yet another assumption and wishful interpretation without even knowing what constitutes milestones. But, even if the sales forecast of less than 1,000 units was all upfront now, KNR had not given us any indication that this could not be done by OES whose supposed manufacturing capacity was 10,000 per month and after some of the supply had "stabilized". Again, assumptions on my part, but if these lowball assumptions are materially inaccurate...well....let's say KNR should either be more informative or say nothing at all except for mandatory disclosure.
