Considering the dividend is worth $0.005/share ORX, I'm wondering why this is so upsetting to you? Sure, it's worth ~5.5%, but these aren't the types of gains that are reasonable to wait for in junior mining companies.

This spin out is quite literally at the bottom of the list in terms of value-driving events we are waiting for from ORX.
