what's happening here? What is the debt stocks being issued? I thought RPC was debt free? 2million$ seems like alot of debt. If the company runs out of money in 2021. What happens to the stock? Does it get delisted? If so why would the debtor agree to settle with stocks if they will be worthless in a few months? Thanks
