RE:UEX was a stellar performer in the last Uranium bull market

At the time, I had been watching for UEX to show up in the "market top performers" in the Globe and Mail Investing section, and was purplexed to see nothing of the gains UEX's share price had made (2X 3X 4X). It was then I realized that they only cover stocks over $1.00. I knew we would be in for a ride up with the extra coverage provided to "real" stocks (no longer "penny" stock) once we crossed the buck threshold.

Within a month the share price had jumped to $2.50! By early 2005 we were up to $3.50.There were some big sell offs by major shareholders which drove the price down to $1.50 for a few months, but despite that hiccup by September we were at $4.00!!

Once we hit a buck, our exposure to the broader investing community is greatly enhanced. Damn, I wish they would do a stock consolidation!

it will be a bumpy ride to next bull run....fasten your seat belt, be patient and be rewarded
