RE:RE:RE:RE:q3

RE:RE:RE:RE:q3And I don't think we disagree here to any material degree vulc, pretty hard to without all the details...my view of and support for Supreme is more so if anything but not less in any way, again with the caveat of not seeing the terms of the deal.

The struggle to establish the brand, get the products shelved in the highest demand retail outlets takes time, especially with all the different products and LPs now and coming almost daily, to compete with and we are still a ways away from full production. The aggressive changes that WEED has made of late, along with others as well, the industry is going global and we are very thin at best to be aggressive on our own; if we can survive?

I can't see WEED not taking Beena and the operations turnkey, as they would save time and money all round...plus it leaves Beena and team full rein to maintain/ improve on current standards and most importantly spend full time on improving quality and the high end quality menu on a continue basis going forward.

I see my investment far more secure long term and profits to start taking much sooner...plus an ever improving FIREquality menu in every part of the country, soon to be in US and beyond down the road, with no where near the risk. FIRE is selling today at pretty well conversion price on 4.8mil volume...these are not penny flippers but rather those picking up WEED at the low.

With this deal there is no chance of FIRE collapsing and we will see a much sweeter FIREmenu that much faster while making green at the same time, no turncoat here my friend. JMHO...Opt

we may get another offer based on another great quarter... from someone else or even canopy... im sure they are getting a idea of the taste we have for the current deal... there are many good investors that did not like how this deal went down.. the manipulation was so blantently obvious it was sickening... to knock us down. .. and then hold in range.... then offer a premium.. was like giving us nothing.. we have agreed opt on almost everything over the yrs but i cant agree this is a good deal.. until recently opt you had full confidence in our own survival and growth going foward.. product... sales and financially... unless deck is stacked with these current cash raises.. . even canopy may better the offer.. if they read the mood of investors correctly.. but im sure all angles are covered..... the next report for canopy and supreme will be interesting.. best to all invested.. we each have to make our own decisions based on our situation and facts on hand.. jmho cheers
