Tetra AGM Circular

Best news of the morning is that Bill Cheliak is not standing for re-election. That is one less internal hurrdle for Guy to get Tetra drugs moving. Bill seemed to be a completely ineffective chairman for a biotech company at the clinical trial stage. I'm glad that he listened to shareholders that asked him to leave. Maybe now there will be room to bring real biotech and drug development directors on the board.

That would be a great way to contine the momentum.

Afterall Guy can't do this all on his own and looking at the board members backgrounds, it is clear that he isn't getting any help!

Tetra do the righ thing and get a real biotech chairman. Someone that Guy can lean on to support his efforts.
