I believe it was Feb 28th for Temas to complete DD and both companies "contemplate" a definitive binding agreement by April 15th (correct me is this is wrong)...

In your humble opinion, given you alluded to this current delay past April 15th a while back, what is the latest acceptable timeline for the announcement with it being labelled imminent?
