RE:RE:RE:No Agreement with State Restricting Mineral DevelopmentSheesh, quoting the EPA's own regulations will not help, they don't follow their own regulations, at least not for Pebble, their regulations have not been followed since 2013. That is why there is a problem here. Then the ACOE also stopped following their own regulations, and the basic rule of law in 2020.

The company was very close to having everything required for approval in place. That's when this impossible requirement was pulled out of thin air, which had no basis in the regulations. It was based on corruption as directed by Senator Muckyski, who should have been impeached as soon as this became obvious. 

If your reality checking would have included the most important news release of the past year, or if you knew how to use google,then you should have known this, and the often quoted phrase "in kind, in watershed" used about Pebble.
