RE:RE:Tourmaline vs. ARCGassy, I think the assets are superior to TOU's however the difference is one word and that's "Management." I wasn't a fan of 7G's leader(ship) and thought it was the "B" team. However, what I've seen and heard so far, I'm unimpressed with the team at ARC. Outside of Kvisle, this is looking like the "C" team.
