RIPET Exports...YTD

RIPET Exports...YTDAs GunnerG stated,  Gas Capricorn left RIPET late  last night, April24. It is  the 10th vessel for the year  and 2nd this qtr.

A few observations :
1)VLGC's hold the propane at -48C since they are not  pressurized  vessels. Propane needs to be at atmospheric pressure.
2)RIPET storage temperature is -42C.
3)Shipper pays the cost of all shipping charges. Shipping charges begin at the time of when the vessel begins its journey from its anchored position. The purchaser and the shipper agree to a date the vessel is to arrive  at RIPET.  Any delays are the shipper’s responsibility.  There was a 3day delay which is likely due  from a 3rd party.
4)The  throughput average at Ripet is 40,641 bbls/day.  Why the trend?
