The PEA used $400 USD for a price, way below the current market pricing. Those 2 factors could mean an extra 2B of revenue for EV. EV also used a discount rate of 10% in the PEA which is also way higher than norm. It's not unrealistic to believe that a more real value of EV is north of $2B. IMO, the NPV of EV's shares, (50% ownership of Balkan Gold), could be $1B, (cionservatively), or about $7.25 USD, or about $9.40 CAD. Our shares should be trading about $.90, approx. 10% of NPV. When we get our mine license, our value should increase to 25% according to a friend of mine who knows the mining industry. The valuation continjes to increase as we get closer to production.
I'm not an expert but this is my understanding of the assett so I'm sitting tight on my shares with the belief that $.40 would be a minimum for me to start selling any shares.
Everyone needs to understand this is my OPINION only. You need to due your own due diligence and determine what you think the company is worth.
Good luck to all the longs!
So, to recap what you are saying Sasky2005, $9 full, estimated stock price, .90 at 10% NPV when the deal is signed, $2.25 (25% of NPV) when the license is obtained and gradual climb to $9 when production starts?
