Yes, I agree that potential buyers would not express their interest for a couple of years until feasibility studies are done. However, most buyers would slowly accumulate shares of the target beforehand. If the buyer would like to acquire just under 10% of targets share on the open market (about 17 million shares for TUD), how many days would be required based on average daily volume of 120k shares. Buyer would not want to drive market price up too much, so they may only buy 10 to 15% of daily volume. If they buy 17k shares/day, they will need 1,000 days or close to 4 years to get the 17 million shares.
