RE:RE:RE:RE:CanopyWe will get our info before we vote vulc, the vote will be held at the end of June, at the "special meeting" for SHs...we need a min of 2/3s to ratify the agreement, if not the deal falls through and we pay our $12.5mil termination fee.See Deep Dive piece below.

If we get a 'no' vote does that mean you send management to the house as well?...got to be non confidence. Where would SP be at the open in the morning?

The positive side is Beena/ team could set this country up pretty with all the WEED shelf space across the country....focus on and build out the CC lines out and grow for the ultimate possiible menu for the shelves here and expand as WEED picks up the real estate, and we can be competitive?

WEED was up to $66 in February and has been very aggressive in acquisitions and looks to be just getting started on the biggest globally.
