RE:RE:RE:RE:We hav RICO .fwiw, the game's always been 'rigged' to a degree, but with predatory shorters, the game's hopeless... And the OSC just looked on.
Kinda think the reason is, the big brokers were against the uptick rule, added cost/difficult to fully automate with computer trading etc; thus it was abandoned.
Just speculating of course...
