08:50 AM EDT, 04/26/2021 (MT Newswires) -- Bird Construction Inc. (BDT.TO) said on Monday that it secured a contract with private developer Concert Properties for the construction of a 53-story residential tower in Toronto for approximately C$172 million.

Construction of the tower, named the Burke, is set to begin in early May. The Burke will have a gross floor area of 43,300 square meters and will be built using environmentally friendly solutions, Bird Construction said.
