Venting is adding the most potent hydrocarbon GHG without any benefit of energy produced whatsoever. The perfect picture is that guy going into the cloud of methane without any protection at all. If I don't see it then it doesn't exist
Even in Canada how much verification and detection of leaks do we even have? Is anyone actively looking for them on a regular basis?

-- Worth noting is that the chief culprits in this matter in North America are the Permian cowboys, the same fellas that scapegoated wind turbines during the Texas freeze-off when it was actually NG systems that got frozen.
