ask yourself why did they keep a small 10 million loanafter they wiped out shareholders    attached to this loan are several assets that prometic owned

now salp as all these collaterals     galbraith said during 2019 agm  we didn't want to further dilute shares  after they didn't massive reverse split of 1000/1
