RE:RE:RE:Directors were paid higher proportion in cash vs I'm not commenting on your view that Adrian Loader should own more shares - I totally agree.  I'm just correcting the statement that director's responsibility is to shareholders in isolation.

BTW - the reason Adrian and Sir Richard got low votes last year was because some shareholders (I voted this way) were sending a message that while some progress has been made compensation policies were still not seen as ideal (i.e. the breadth of retention bonuses) and corporate expenses relative to the comparater group were still too high.  Adrian is the Chair of the compensation committee and of course Sir Richard is board chair and as such these two have a great deal of influence over both of these issues.

Share ownership at the director level is an issue and I'll chime in on how I will vote next week after doing some further research.
